Doug Quinn is inviting you into his home. An old-world saloon complete with rustic, comfort food and classic cocktails perfected. Named for his two sons, Hudson Malone is a place where all are welcome and the golden rule prevails.

Doug is a New Yorker, born and raised and has a true love for the saloon business. With over 25 years of experience in the bar, restaurant and nightlife industry, the opening of Hudson Malone has been a long time in the making. 
Doug has gratefully received numerous awards and accolades over the years from industry veterans, insiders, and journalists with features in the New York Times, Forbes, Esquire, Huffington Post, NY Magazine, and others.
In his most recent turn behind the bar at PJ Clarke’s, he was known to the city and the world as the “Bartender of your dreams,” having created a bustling bar scene with many loyal patrons over the years. Above all, Doug is passionate, tenacious and always seeks perfection. He lives with his family on the Upper East Side.
